A member asked:

Can extreme anxiety and stress make your lips burn, tingle and go numb?

Yes it could. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water.

Yes. 1st have a physical exam by a Dr. to determine if you have a physical illness. The most complete evaluation for medication is with a Psychiatrist. Please consult with a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy to help you with your anxiety.
