For the past 3 days i've had a dull headache constantly that won't go away. just left side. tingling/burning sensation in face and lip. is it stress?

Face pain: Hi Anthony, as usual, there are many things this might be. Some more common than others. Although many are rare at your age. Stress can cause the headaches or trigger a preexisting source of pain. Such as a middle ear or tooth infection. Also, look into Shingles, Temporal arteritis or TMJ disease. Cluster, sinus headaches can feel this way. Lastly, herpes simplex or fever blisters can cause this.
