I am 39+3 weeks pregnant. my toenails turn blue in the mornings and then go away when i get up and move around. when i shower my toenails also turn blue and my two thumbnails. it goes away when i get out. what is causing this? i am so scared?

See your doctor. Toe nails becoming blue can mean there is low oxygen.
