On feb. 4th/21 i had my aortic valve replaced. i was put on edoxaban and started losing partial sight in one and then the other for 3 minutes randomly. all vascular reasons were ruled out and my optamologist gave up. have you ever heard of this?

There can be several reasons for losing your sight. My concern is that you have a clot in the eye, or you have a brain lesion

Your description is somewhat incomplete. Did the vision return to normal after each episode? Given your description, it is difficult to explain these symptoms on the basis of embolic episodes, particularly if normal vision returned after each episode. Vascular spasm seems more likely then embolic occlusion of the arteries. ?? Migraine Please seek the help of your cardiologist with all data.
