Ive to have the mitral and aortic vavle replaced.im having mechanical ones..im 55.. wats the different valves u can av replaced and why this one fr me?

Depends: Your question is multifactorial. First, patient preference is extremely important. Your age also has something to do with the choice. You are young so a tissue valve would not last as long as a mechanical valve. However, mechanical valves requiring anticoagulation and some people do not want to be burdened with this.
