My period would start at once before but since 3 months, i get small spots on the toilet paper for 1-2 days before it actually starts. my period has also been shorter by one day these past months. what could cause this & is this concerning?

Pelvic infections can also cause a change in menstrual flow and bleeding. Recommend seeing a family physician or OB/GYN for in person evaluation for diagnosis and treatment
