Before now: Its time to see a GYN. Most women resume cycles within a few weeks of a miscarriage. You've been without one long enough to be at risk of severe bleeding or prolonged spotting. You need some blood work and and evaluation by a GYN. Check a pregnancy test as well as you may have conceived not long after you miscarriage.
