I was diagnosed by ccma. i had embolic stroke. i had an operation for mitral valve repair. echo (18 months after the operation) shows some mobile structures around the posterior annulus. any treatment? could this cause embolic stroke again?

Trust that you are taking anti-coagulants, as risk of future embolism is very high. Yes, you are at risk and if you are not on appropriate drugs, get a second opinion. A cardiologist and neurologist, plus interventional radiologist should all be part of a team approach.
