I have been experiencing a nagging type of headache at the back of my head for about three four days. it comes and goes, no other other symptoms. my bp is at normal, only the this off and on headache. what could it be please?

Your normal BP has no effect on your headaches which may be tension events secondary to neck arthritis or strain. Occipital neuralgia is another explanation. Have your doctor examine you if this persists. Physical therapy may be of value?
