Probably not: It is not surprising to have a headache after hitting your head on granite. Your scalp is very likely bruised and may be quite sore, tender and/or swollen for a while. If you did not lose consciousness and you have no other symptoms and if your physical exam was normal, there is probably no need to do a ct scan.
