Hi, when i was 14 years old, i smoked printed paper 2 times and i'm sure i inhaled some, then my throat burned. i was thinking that would be fun and all. is smocking printed paper just 2 times a high risk thing? can it damage me years later? thanks?

I wouldn't worry about it. There is lead in the newsprint and there are likely traces of other elements. However, the lung has some capacity to remove such debris just like it does inhaled smoke/dust. While it is not a healthy practice, the minor exposure you cited is not likely to have a significant impact on your health.

Agree with Dr. Ferguson. What you did is unlikely to have any lasting consequences. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

highly unlikely, as others mentioned good living/carefully limiting risk factors and a healthy diet are keys going forward
