I recently had a partial pneumothorax that closed itself back up, if i were to be drinking and get sick meaning throw up, could that be bad for my lung?

I do not find vomit as a risk factor for recurrent pneumothorax but I would advise you not to drink at your age and if you drink you should not drink excessively to the point you will vomit. One thing for sure that if you smoke you have to stop.

Pneumothoraces may recur, especially if you have chronic lung disease. If you have any pulmonary symptoms, an imaging study is recommended.
