Fully recovered?: If out of hospital, no tubes, no pain medication, then not unreasonable in moderation as always! cause of pneumo is relevant, if drunk and fighting was involved!

Yes and yes: There is no contraindication to a little drink as long as not to the point of bleeding or confused and aspirate. Remember, just the usual 2 drinks a day….Oops i think my glasses are too big (just a joke).
