In november 2020, i had appendix operation. in january 2021 i had anal fissure due to severe constipation. after that i was scared of ibd and went to many gi doctors. had calprotectin, crp, stool, esr, and reports are ok. fissure still healing?

It would help to keep your stool soft. You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods.
