Call ur surgeon : U need to call ur surgeon. It is not uncommon to have hematoma/seroma to leak this far out esp when pain is better and pts get more active. If there is dehiscence( separation of muscle), this could b emergency. Please call ur surgeon.

Some times yes: Not unusual , some times inflammation at umbilicus takes time to clear may bleed slightly , also the stitch may irritate causing minor skin infection , talk to your surgeon and go for follow up visit.
