Not even a week: A lot of times during laparoscopic Gyn surgery a uterine manipulator is placed to assist in visualization. This can cause some spotting. The camera is typically placed through an incision in your belly button which certainly would be sore. Contact your Gyn surgeon to confirm that your symptoms are expected based on the surgery performed.
