It would be prudent to see a doctor for proper evaluation and treatment. You may try Cortisone 10 or a similar ointment available, over the counter, if that does not improve the rash in a week or so, consult a dermatologist. Wish you good health!

If you're sure it's eczema and not a fungus infection, tinea versicolor, apply a mild nonprescription corticosteroid ointment according to instructions. Your pharmacist can recommend one. If no improvement consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
