What moisturer and body wash do you recommend for eczema?

Eczema: My personal favorite body wash is made my olay and is very moisturizing. You should follow that with cetaphil or cerave cream as your daily moisturizer. This combination works very well to keep the skin moisturized but may not be enough to clear up an eczema flare. For that, you may need some steroid cream, either otc or prescription.

Many options: There are many options available. Skin lubricant lotions (e.g. Lubriderm) work well. Apply lotion frequently throughout the day. Avoid lotions with alcohol (drying). Skin lubricant creams or oils (eucerin or vaseline) are great for bedtime application or in severe cases.
