Assuming you were sedated for the procedure, I would suggest you wait 24 hours. Your system should be free of residual medications.

It's not recommended to drink alcohol until 24 hours after a colonoscopy as there is some sedation involved with that procedure and alcohol ingestion with sedative in your system can be problematic. Also the prep induces some degree of dehydration, another reason to wait until the next day when you're hydrated sufficiently.
