Good meds: These agents essentially stay within the gut and are minimally absorbed if at all, into the body. Since they don't reach the blood in any significant amount, they cannot have an effect on the fetus.Part of the category c label comes from not having enough research reports to move it into a safer listing. The cat c meds show no negative effects on baby.
