In an otherwise normal, healthy person who is walking, talking, and enjoying a normal life, a reason for finding a body temperature (core temperature) of 93-94 degrees F is "incorrect temperature measurement". Details matter, so one's doctor can do a video consultation to figure this out. Correctly measuring a temperature means proper location of the thermometer, appropriate circumstances, etc...
