Sometimes...: Questioning means only that, it does not imply it will always be determined one way or the other. Somebody has to do it (the questioning, consider the possibility..). They do it everyday, they can tell. There is a famous answer of sigmund freud ("the" original shrink for some): "sometimes a cigar, is just a cigar". Likewise, sometimes somatic symptoms, are just somatic symptom.
