Yes: See that you take albuterol. Do you have asthma or another pulmonary disease? Asthma often has ^'ed symptoms at night. Please let your medical provider know.

BREATHING DIFFICULTY: Chest tightness at night may be from mild asthma. Check with your doctor. An early morning check up may pick up wheezing. A detail exam will find out the real cause.

I get a tightness in my chest making it feel difficult to breath, usually exercise such as walking worsens it and causes it to be even harder to breath. The discomfort makes it difficult to sleep. Feels like my heart's being squeezed.
