Hopefully the bariatric surgery has been successful. If so then pregnancy should be successful with no problems. If you still carry much excess weight, there is a risk of gestational diabetes and overlarge fetus.

Patients who have bariatric surgery are normally at higher risk for many conditions. Pregnancy always multiplies this risk. Of course, losing weight and lowering BMI lowers risk for most conditions. Be sure to be conscientious about your prenatal visits
