I recently had a 5cm ovarian cyst removed apparently blocking me from falling pregnant. the dr said after the surgery she couldn't push the dye out from my follapian tubes because they are thin. does this mean i can't fall pregnant with thin tubes?

Blocked=bad: It appears you are focused on the wrong description. The doc said they could not push dye out of the tube, which means eggs cannot enter the tube. The thickness is not the issue. No egg in tube=no chance for sperm to reach it. It is likely damage to the tubes caused your difficulty not the cyst. You likely need to bypass the tubes with IVF if you want to get pregnant.
