Maybe. Varicoceles are just dilated veins like you see on aging women's legs. They might have related symptoms & activities that make you bear down add pressure to them. If you just lift with your airway fully open you reduce pressure on your veins. This is really best answered by the doc who found the problem.

If you have no symptoms wear a good scrotal support. Yes you can do your job wearing it. Or you can have surgery
