It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Some hemorrhoids resolve when a blood clots forms. You may try over the counter hemorrhoid ointment. If that does not help it would be prudent to see a doctor. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
