No, you cannot change Tykosyn to Atenolol or vice versa. Tykosyn is an antiarrhythmic drug and Atenolol is used mainly as a drug for high blood pressure (hypertension).

Zero. There is absolutely no milligram equivalence between tikosyn and atenolol since they are not the same class of medications. They are not interchangable. Tikosyn is a highly regulated antiarrhythmic medication.
