Most likely: You will probably be fine. If you feel dizzy check your blood pressure. Check your BP in morning before am dose. If it is very low call your doctor to see if you should skip that dose.

Atenolol: that extra 25mg shouldn't be a problem. As long as you have no symptoms, the effect of the extra dose will wear off materially over the next day. If you have dizziness or lightheadedness you should be checked.

Monitor your symptom: In all likelihood, you will have no ill effects from the extra dose. The medicine will gradually be eliminated from you body and should be nearly gone in 1-2 days (the half-life, the amount of time it takes your body to eliminate half the amount currently in your body, is 6-7 hours). Monitor your symptoms - if your feel fatigue, dizzy, short of breath, or any unusual feelings, seek medical help.
