It depends on the type of kidney disease. Give example, if a person has kidney disease stage 2 due to an acute glomerulonephritis, leg edema, foamy urine or bloody urine may be present. However, a person with a stage 2 chronic kidney disease due to hypertension or medication adverse effect may remain asymptomatic.

It’s an early stage of kidney damage but it’s not reversible.The Glomerular Filtration rate has decreased to 60-89%,you may have abnormal urine test:blood cells, pus cells(neutrophils) or protein.May have Hypertension,Swollen Feet,Fatigue,Headache,Itching. They key is to fix your Hypertension,keep normal weight,treat Diabetes,exercise 3times/week, follow Doctor’s diet.People live long doing that.
