Guano (bird poop) contains a broad range of bacterial and viral contaminants. Tears have some natural anti-germ effect, but this can be overcome leading to conjunctivitis. What you have done will reduce the chance an infection occurs. I would monitor the eyes with close observation looking for redness and or drainage. If nothing comes up in the next few days I would not worry about it.

You should watch it very closely for any sign of discomfort, redness, discharge or leg swelling. She can get an infection.
