A member asked:

I had a positive pregnancy test but didn't have implantation bleeding but bad stomach cramps. is this normal ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

"Implantation bleeding" is frequently not an observable entity, and can certainly occur without pronounced clinical evidence. A postitive pregnancy test is confirmation of implantation, but if pains continue, see your GYN physician for an exam and other testing to confirm the location of the pregnancy as intrauterine.
