Maybe...: Cramping and bleeding in early pregnancy is potentially worrisome. It would be best if you saw your Ob and were checked out. It might be nothing but it could also be a miscarriage or something more concerning such as an ectopic pregnancy. Better to err on the safe side. Get it checked out. Best wishes!
