Miscarriage: Yes, this scenario would let me think of a miscarriage. If you are uncertain how far along you could be, especially if you are more than 8 weeks pregnant, you may want to go to an emergency room. Give them a call ahead and ask if they have a gynecelogy consultant available.

Could be: You need a medical evaluation now because of the heavy bleeding and pain. If you are SOAKING a pad an hour or more, then you need to be seen now. That level of bleeding can be dangerous. Also concerned with your "cramps" that this pain could be tubal pregnancy. You need to be seen right a way. Please get to hospital ER right away.
