My 11 year old son has had almost daily explosive loose stool that has torn-like edges and floats. happens at end of a normal bowel movement & usually in afternoon/night. happening about a month and im worried. could it be serious?

Is he losing weight? Is there blood in or on the stool.? If this is persistent then you should have him checked out by a pediatrician or a pediatric gastroenterologist.
