Probably OK: People reacts differently to hypoglycemia and this might be how your body warns you of progressing hypoglycemia. If it goes away with eating, i wouldn't worry about it. If it is becoming more consistent and not relating to hunger and not improved with eating anymore, i would have it checked out by your physician.
