What are some non-fluoride ways to remineralize teeth?

Dr. Meng Syn answered

Tooth remineralization is where phosphate ions and calcium are externally deposited into the crystal voids of demineralized enamel to produce a net mineral gain. Fluoride ions trigger the mechanism of remineralization and also decrease acid solubility of enamel preventing demineralization. Fluoride aids remineralization and without it remineralization Phosphates and Calcium alone is less.
