If you blow off enough carbon dioxide by hyperventilating incurring a respiratory alkalosis, I believe that certain neurological symptoms could occur.such as seizures, as well as mental status changes.

If you have pre-existing epilepsy, you bet it could happen but if not, more likely fainting spell. This was answered before and answer is unchanged
