Psoriasis is associated with systemic inflammation Liver responds proportional to severity of chronic inflammation. Concomitant obesity, diabetes and medications p nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, autoimmune hepatitis, primary biliary cholangitis are most common. Persons with psoriasis should be informed about increased risk of liver disease.Hope it helps.
