Is psoriasis a disease originating from an overworked liver? if so will excess hydration help cleanse the toxins from my liver?

No: It is no caused by an overworked liver. Hydration is good, excess hydration is not good. Over hydration will not help psoriasis. You need to go see a rheumatologist - this is a doctor that specializes in auto-immune diseases which is what psoriasis is. You may also want to visit the psoriasis foundation website at https://www.Psoriasis.Org learn as much as you can and take good care.

No and no: Psoriasis is an autoimmune disease manifested by inflammation of the skin. It has nothing to do with the liver and hydration has no value.
