When i urinate, i feel pressure in my anal (i urinate while standing). i have anal fissure which is not healed and i'm on medications. is this due to anal fissure? i had proctoscopy a month ago and it was ok?

When you urinate the muscle around the neck of the bladder relaxes then contracts when you are done this is right in the vicinity of the anal fissure which has not yet healed .Once that heals your urinary discomfort will also go away. You'll be fine

If the fissure is acute and shallow, correction of an abnormal bowel issue will resolve it in 2-3 weeks. A chronic fissure may stop bleeding but may not heal without surgical correction. You need to be properly evaluated with a discussion of your diet, fluid intake, bowel pattern and confirming the diagnosis with followup to confirm actually healing even if the symptoms resolve.
