Thinning of hair has many causes . You should see your MD for that. The surgery for castration is not done on demand but for a reason or disease. No urologist will do it just because you want it. Sorry

Dear doctor I went to the urologist he said that I have UTI in penis head and facing loss of pen senst. After diag. R these cause of erection problems?

While in Germany I went to a Urologist who diagnosed me with genital herpes on the penis glands (Head). I was prescribed Aciclovir cream which I read shouldnt be used on glands? Is this true? As I am not seeing any improvement either.
Virgin. White skin on the head of penis(glans). Daily wash. Sometimes they get removed & redness appear below them. Can't visit urologist. No pain. Please tell me what it could be. It has been 5mon. Head skin is soft but on these spots it is shapped?
