No, it's not good: Sprinolactone is used to reduce the levels of male hormones in women with hair loss. It's not the appropriate drug for men. The only drugs that are fda approved for hair loss in men are Propecia and rogaine (minoxidil). Consult with your dermatologist for an appropriate treatment that fits your needs.
