Hello about two days ago i started feeling an itchy that was not accompanied by pain in one side of my labia minora and after examining in a mirror i see that onside of my labia minora is swollen. i have tried cold compress but it is still swollen?

It could be from local irritation or a an insect bite. If the area is not red then use some OTC benadryl or cortsone cream on the area. If it does not get better in a couple of days the you will have to be seen by your MD
