This post provides little information to go on. Staphylococcus is a exceedingly common germ associated with simple boils/pustules/infection. It is easily treated with readily available meds when it triggers infection. Some strains of the germ are present on almost everyone's skin constantly. Some strains can cause significant illness. Without more information I see no reason to call this dangerous
