Can i take a very low dose of effecor if im on blood pressure meds?

I cannot find effecor in our formulary. Discuss with your Dr.

I assume you mean Effexor. If this is correct, it could cause an increase in the blood pressure. In view of the uncertainty with regard to the name you gave, I would check with your physician. There is a question as to whether Effexor is still available in the US. Please consult with your doctor.
