Not particularly. There is sometimes a leakage from the vein that triggers a localized lump/clot. These are of little importance, resolving over days. The clot is not the kind that travels around your body causing problems.

If the lump is not growing in size, you do not have pain or any nerves issues in the arm below the elbow, you may watch and wait. If the lump grows, becomes painful or ulcerates, see your doctor. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
