What does it mean if you have visible bilateral temple veins/ arteries? they have a u shape on both sides. i have no symptoms but have noticed them recently. they become very prominent of i drink alcohol or exercise?

This is normal. Exercise and alcohol may both increase blood flow thru them and they are bigger and more easily seen, I would ask other men in your family if they also have a similar normal finding.
