Most likely this is coincidental and not a vaccine response. You might have blepharospasm or orbital myokymia, both of which could be brief and/ or self limited. If it lasts beyond 3-5 days, consult with an ophthalmologist.

Lid myokymia (twitching) is often associated with fatigue, so sleep is important. You can try bland artificial tear drops, since a little corneal irritation can cause a feedback loop along the facial nerve. If the twitching is severe as in blepharospasm or Meige's syndrome, an ophthalmology consult is advised. The vaccination and the twitching appear coincidental, not causatively associated.
