A member asked:

I ate from a spoon at a restaurant that had previously stuck food on it that was not obviously mine. is there anything i need to worry about?. the silverware seemed washed other than what was on it?

Restaurants have standards of the heat required in the machines that wash dishes and silverware. You should do fine and if there is some residue, your GI tract will make short work of it.
